At first I thought a zine was a magazine but it's different because you can do anything you want. This project will probably be one of my favorite projects this year because I got to make it my own. I put a lot of thought into the design of this project. The theme for my zine was cereal boxes on each page I did a different type of cereal box with some type of texture with a background.
The reason why I choose the picture I did was because it was not like most but and it wasn't to plain or easy to do. The process was long and if you didn't scratch it deep enough then it wouldn't print out That good and you would have to re do it. I liked the way my prints came out besides one. The picture I chose was a lamp pole with clouds and trees.
The reason why I chose this picture is because it was an easy picture to draw. The process for this process was easy but it took a little of time if you messed up.You have to make sure you carve the right way to not cut yourself. I liked the colors I chose because they are my somewhat my favorite colors and the last print was a cool color.
The reason why I chose this picture is because it was something that looked cool. The process was super simple for me. I liked the colors I chose because they good together.The group part we didn't all put in our picture and create something out from it we all just came up with a new design that is way easier. The colors that we chose were nice colors that blended well together.
The reason why we chose the pictures we did was because our first idea was going to take to long to print the cool design. The idea that we decided to print was a circle with a smiley face with “cool vibes only”. And the colors That we knew were going to be the same was the smiley face and the words so we each picked colors That we wanted to have for our circle and then printed. The process was somewhat hard but became easier when someone else went before or after you.
The reason why I chose triangles is because I thought it would be Cool design to do for my final monoprint. For the practice monoprint I just cut out shapes and just put them anywhere when it came to printing.the process was easy but when it came to the final print and you had to make sure every print was lined up.i didn't really like the way my registration was because when I thought it was straight it ended up not being straight but when I had did my practice one it was lined up all the way.the colors I used for the practice one was pink blue and purple they were all light colors the design came out pretty well but for my final I did a light blue with a salmon color and a light yellow the colors looked nice when they were all done.

The reason why I chose the flow design is because I have already been making that type of flower since I was a kid. I knew i would do a good job on it so I decided to do it. The process was easy because it was just like the linocut project where you pick a design and then you go over it with a sharpie and then you use a pencil to get it to transfer over to the block. And then after that you had to use the sculpting tool to carve out your design. The colors I ended up doing was purple And blue mixed together and then pink blue and purple mixed together.
